Understanding Help Desk Ticket Statuses

A ticket submitted to ShotFlow Support may be assigned one or more statuses as it moves through its lifecycle towards a satisfactory resolution. The possible ticket statuses and their meaning are listed below: 


Being Processed - The ticket has been opened or updated and is being reviewed.


Awaiting Your Reply - Further information is needed from you before ShotFlow can take action.


Working - ShotFlow is actively working on your issue or request. 


Backlogged - Request has been ticketed, possible solution identified, but may not yet be roadmapped (ETA not available).


Closed - A resolution has been offered; client requested closure.
