Requirements

  • A modern web browser updated to a current release. Tested browsers include:

  • ShotFlow user seat with access to at least one app

NEW FUNCTIONALITY DETAILS:

  • Visibility to field usage. A new [Usage] button enables users with the Create/Update Table Fields permission to see all the resources that currently utilize this field across the platform (Actions, Automations, Calendar Events, Data Ingest Configurations, Charts, Field configurations, Form Items, Labels, Relationship Lookups, Views). This is critical in scenarios such as determining if a field can be deleted safely or the potential impacts when updating a field.
  • Help menu redirects to ShotFlow Support Home. Previously linked to help information on shotflow.com, now connects to our Help Center portal.

 

FIXES:

  • Updated backend frameworks to more recent versions. You won't see anything new, it's just keeping the engine running and tuned for optimal performance!
  • Added additional security measures to protect against brute force attacks. Multiple failed login attempts in a short period now results in an account lock, with an automated email to the user with information and instructions to regain access.
  • Corrected an issue with valid results not returning for some text strings when querying Date or Date and Time fields. 
  • File fields are no longer available for use with Update Action buttons. This fixed an issue where an Update Action could be configured with a File field but there wasn't a way to upload a file within the Action.
  • Downloading a file generated a warning message.
  • A few more obscure bugs. Probably nothing that ever bothered you, so just live your best life!
