A ShotFlow New Year's resolution was more frequent releases in 2025 - and we're working hard to keep it up!

This means not every release will be jam packed with updates but the schedule helps us deliver incrementally, fix bugs faster, and keep the platform working well for all of you.

What Did We Change?

• Smarter Asset Preview types: We've added more flexibility with being able to switch the preview image types for Smarter Asset configurations so that we can ensure the highest quality images for Smarter Approval reviews.

• Retain Selection Refinement: We appreciate feedback on the Retain Selection Feature from 1/25 (Notes Here). A small update is to fix when records are being retained when exiting the view and returning to it using the ShotFlow "Back" button.
  • Note: records are still being retained when using the browser back button to a dashboard. We hope to address this in a future release as well as consider additional refinements we are considering to improve this new functionality for more of you.

• A few other Smarter Asset improvements: We were able to also fit in some updates for the management of Assets records supported by Smarter Assets.

A modern web browser. For Card View, views defined to have a Thumbnail image for either a file or URL field type. Tested browsers include:

• Firefox: 133.0.3
• Google chrome: 132
