Requirements
- MacOS versions: 10.15 (Catalina), 11 (Big Sur)
- Capture One Pro versions: 20 (tested on Catalina), 21 (tested on Big Sur), 22 (initial connectivity testing on Monterey)
- Adobe CC Versions: 2021, 2022
- User seat with access to a ShotFlow studio app
Upgrade Procedure:
- Users will receive an automated upgrade notice. Please note that prior to upgrading, all users should confirm that a ShotFlow Admin has approved this upgrade for your studio. Selecting [Install Update] will download and install the latest ShotFlow capture release on the local machine. Refer to this KB article: Updating ShotFlow capture
- If the notification is not displayed, or a ShotFlow capture user has selected [Skip This Version] at a prior point, navigate to Admin -> Check for Updates
