Selecting [Install Update] will download and install the latest ShotFlow capture release on the local machine. Refer to this KB article: Updating ShotFlow capture
  2. If the notification is not displayed, or a ShotFlow capture user has selected [Skip This Version] at a prior point, navigate to Admin -> Check for Updates

IF YOU ARE UTILIZING A RELEASE EARLIER THAN 2.1.8, YOU MUST UPDATE TO A NEWER RELEASE TO ACCESS THE SHOTFLOW CLOUD:

  2. Extract the files from the ZIP archive
  3. Drag any older ShotFlow capture releases to the trash
  4. Launch ShotFlow capture 2.2.5 and log in

What’s New?

Initial support for Capture One 22 (not fully tested, but confirmed connectivity and XMP generation)

Upgraded Product-Centric UI, including:

  • New status icon at the item (Product Child/Grouping/Sample) level. A new status icon has been added to the left pane, which reflects the status of the item's shots on this Shot List. "Ready" means that all Shots are ready, "In Progress" means at least one Shot is in progress, and "Completed" means all Shots are completed. And a Capture One icon means a shot for this product is currently connected to Capture One for shooting. Now users can use the item level to see status without digging into Shots!
  • Mark all shots for an item as complete with two clicks. If the Shot List supports it, a user can mark all shots for an item completed, as long as they have at least one recorded capture via tethering and/or drag and drop.
  • Item sort can honor the order of scanned samples. Now the order of items in the left pane can reflect the order those items were scanned via Shot Retrieval. Now the user can work in "batches" shelf or rack of samples  against a workflow driven by the order samples must be shot.
  • Updated visual components. Selection visuals are changed to a frame (instead of a green fill), new Capture One icon replaces the prior camera icon for connecting shots (and repeats at the item level).

What Did We Fix?

  • Scrolling issue in Related Products Panel with more than 10 items. Fixed an issue preventing the user from seeing all products in the panel using the mouse, scrolling required arrow keys. Fixed!

Known Issues (Carried over from prior releases)

  • Style Guide is not showing for path [Shot -> Grouping -> Product Child -> Product Parent -> Style Guide]

Future Enhancements

  • Style Guides upgrades!
  • Filtering upgrades!
  • Drag and Drop upgrades!
  • A preferences panel!
  • So. Many. Things.
