System Requirements

• macOS: 11 (Big Sur) through 14 (Sonoma)

• Capture One:

  • 16.4.3.15 (tested on Sonoma)

  • 22 (tested on Monterey)

• Adobe Creative Cloud: Versions 2021-2024

• Access: Must have a valid user seat and access to a ShotFlow studio app

Upgrade Procedure

• Users will receive an automated upgrade notification.

• Before upgrading, please confirm with your Admin that this version has been approved for your studio.

• Click [Install Update] to download and install the latest ShotFlow Capture release.

• If no notification appears or if [Skip This Version] was previously selected, navigate to the ShotFlow Capture Panel and select:
  Admin → Check for Updates

 Important: Please wipe data before using the new version.
