We’re thrilled to share updates from our newest release to make ShotFlow more intuitive than ever!

What Did We Change?

• Seamless Navigation to you Dashboard: Clicking on the ShotFlow logo will take you directly to the dashboard of the application you’re using. It's like going 'home' to your dashboard! 

• Enhanced Card Display Views
  

• Select All Records: Quickly perform actions across all records in a Card Display view. 

• Image URLs can now be used as images in Card Display views!
  

  • Select URL fields as the Thumbnail image in Card views.
    Note: if the URL doesn’t resolve or requires special permissions, a broken icon will appear (consistent with Grid View).

• Save time with Saved Selections! Your selected records stay saved until you clear them, enabling multiple actions with ease. In addition, your selections in Card display will remain within Grid display in case you need to toggle. 
  • Note: to clear your selections, click Select All records and then click it again to clear.

• Intuitive View Filter Criteria: he "View Filter" will now display the filter logic applied to your filtered views to make it more natural if you need to check.
  • Simply click on the green "View Filtered" which is now a button to display the same pop-up as the Advanced Search modal.
  • You can add more filters if needed!

What Did We Fix?

• We’ve made several technical updates to enhance Data Ingest performance when preparing and finalizing the ingest.

Requirements

A modern web browser. For Card View, views defined to have a Thumbnail image for either a file or URL field type. Tested browsers include:

• Firefox: 133.0.3
• Google chrome: 131.0.6778.205
