Platform Release 3.25.6 (deployed 05/30/2025)

Modified on Mon, 2 Jun at 12:53 PM

This release includes targeted usability improvements across charts, views, and file handling, along with key bug fixes to improve reliability.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Enhancements

Chart Usability Improvements

  • Chart Expansion Icon: The chart “eye” icon is now consistently visible across all dashboard charts, even when drilldowns are not configured. This allows users to expand and view chart data in greater detail at any time.

  • Advanced Search Counter: Resolved a delay where chart counters failed to update after applying or clearing filters. The counter now refreshes immediately with each filter action.

Card View Button Visibility

  • Resolved an issue where the View Record and Bulk Action buttons in Card View were not displaying when no table was selected under “Record Actions.” These buttons now appear correctly based on context.

File Modal Accessibility

  • The file viewer modal has been updated to include a clearly visible close (“X”) button in the upper right corner. The previous bottom “Close” button has been removed to streamline the interface and reduce confusion while scrolling.

Dropdown Display in Record Views

  • Addressed a truncation issue where dropdowns were cut off in views with few records. The table container now expands as needed to fully display dropdown options. This behavior is consistent with Grid Edit mode.

Bug Fixes

Email Delivery (SMTP Authentication)

  • Fixed an issue that intermittently blocked password reset and invitation emails due to SMTP authentication errors. Email functionality has been fully restored and validated.

System Requirements

  • A modern web browser (latest version recommended)

  • Active ShotFlow user seat with access to at least one app

Highlights from Previous Release 3.25.5

  • UI Simplification: Removed redundant titles on Chart and Calendar pages to reduce visual noise and improve readability.

  • Related Record Labeling: Simplified related record headings by removing the “Related” prefix to better surface object names.

  • File Handling Optimization: Improved response times for file-heavy views (Asset Previews, Sample References, Style Guides, etc.).

  • Support Tools: Enhanced internal tools for monitoring system logs and automation queues.
