If you've forgotten your ShotFlow password, follow these steps to reset it:
Go to the Login Page
- Open your browser and navigate to platform.shotflow.com.
Click "Forgot Your Password"
- On the login screen, click the "Forgot Your Password" link located below the password entry field.
Enter Your Email Address
- A panel will slide open on the right side of the screen.
- Enter the email address associated with your ShotFlow account and click "Reset Password."
Check for Confirmation
- If your email is linked to a ShotFlow account, a confirmation message will appear stating that a reset email has been sent.
Find the Reset Email
- Check your inbox for a password reset email.
- If you don't see it within 10 minutes, check your spam, junk, or bulk mail folders .
- The reset link expires in one hour. If it has expired, request a new one.
Reset Your Password
- Click the password reset link in the email.
- You will be redirected to a browser page to create a new password.
Create a New Password
- Enter a password that meets the following criteria:
- 8-20 characters
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one number
- Confirm and save your new password.
- Enter a password that meets the following criteria:
You can now log in to ShotFlow using your updated password.
The reset link expires in one hour. If it has expired, request a new one.
