1. Navigate to platform.shotflow.com.
2. From the Login Screen, click on the "Forgot Your Password" link that should appear under the empty field for password entry.
3. A panel should slide open on the right hand side of the screen, where you enter your ShotFlow user email address and click on "Reset Password."
4. If a user account matching the email exists, you'll receive confirmation that the email was sent.
5. An email with instructions for resetting your password will be sent to the email address provided in the previous step. (Check your bulk, spam, junk folders if you don't see it in your inbox within 10 minutes.) The link expires in one hour and will need to be resent if it has expired.
6. Click the link provided in the email.
7. You will be redirected to your browser, where you will enter your new password ensuring that it meets the criteria displayed in the message (8-20 characters, one lower case letter, one upper case letter and a number).
