Resending an Invitation to a User for Platform

In the event that a user did not receive an invitation email, it can be resent. The link in the email does not expire. 


1. Navigate to platform.shotflow.com


2. From the Login Screen (you may need to logout to reach this screen), click on the "Resend Invitation" link that should appear under the empty field for password entry. 



3. A panel should slide open on the right hand side of the screen, where you enter the user email address and click on "Resend Invitation."


 


4. An email will send to the user with a link prompting them to create a password for the Platform. This link does not expire.
