Clearing User Preferences in ShotFlow capture

Modified on Wed, 7 Apr, 2021 at 11:06 AM

ShotFlow capture stores user preferences locally, so that a user doesn't have to set up their capture experience each time they log out and back into that machine.

To see all of the local user preferences:

1. Open Terminal

2. Run the following command: defaults read com.shotflow.capture

3. A value of 0 indicates No, while a value of 1 indicates Yes.

To clear the local user preferences:

1. Open Terminal

2. Run the following command: defaults delete com.shotflow.capture
