Managing Your User Profile (Non SSO)

As a ShotFlow user, you have the ability to update your personal details directly through the ShotFlow platform. Follow these steps to modify your first name, last name, and/or email address:

Access Your Profile Settings:

1. Log into the ShotFlow Web Interface. 

• Click on the dropdown arrow next to your name at the top of the interface.

2. Edit Your Profile: 

• From the dropdown menu, select "Edit Profile." 

3. Enter Your New Details: 

• In the profile editing area, make the necessary changes to your First Name, Last Name, or Email as needed.

4. Save Changes: 

• Click "Update Profile" to save your changes.

Important Note: If you update your email address, Please be aware that you must verify the new email within 24hrs to ensure continous access to your account.
