Related Products

The Product Interaction section is displayed in the Detail panel when a Shot is selected. A Shot can be related to either a single Product Child, to one or more Groupings or to a sample. For Shots related to one Product Child or Sample, the Product Child's unique identifier will be displayed in the Related Products pane.

For Shots related to one or more Groupings, each Grouping is displayed in the Related Products pane with its related Product Children.

The ability to interact with the products shown in the Interaction with Related Products section is dependent on the Products - Mode - Manage from Set Shot List setting.

Editing Product Details

Some Product Information is able to be edited directly within ShotFlow capture via the Edit button. The editable fields displayed in this form are configured by an Admin user to give the capture team the ability to edit product information.

The process to edit a Product from within this section is the same whether it is a singular product or multiple products (represented by Groupings) - Products are edited individually. To Edit a Product, first double click the Product Identifier, then click on the Edit button in the Interaction with Products section for the desired Product.

The Edit form will pop open and any editable fields are opened for edits. To see all possible fields included, scroll up and down through the window. When all edits are completed, click Done to save the changes. The edited values are then updated in the web interface.

Accessories

The Accessories pane is displayed in the Detail panel when a Shot is selected. If the current Shot List supports adding Accessories (Accessories - Add is set to Yes), the Accessories pane will display add (+) and remove (-) icons. Selecting the add icon presents an input panel for entering or scanning (up to 10) sample barcode(s) and/or Product Children unique identifier(s). Highlighting a product and selecting the remove icon will remove the product from the shot, thus not including it in the metadata.

Valid values identified in this Shot List’s brand app will result in additional Product Child identifier(s) being shown in the Accessories pane. When shooting tethered or dropping images onto the Shot, the listed Accessory items will be included in metadata tagging without impacting any related Groupings.
