We’ve identified a bug with our platform API that could result in missing product metadata in ShotFlow capture. This could manifest in missing XMP metadata.
We’ve implemented a fix as of 11am EDT Thursday, September 23 which should resolve all Product data related issues in ShotFlow capture. Please restart capture and wipe local data (if possible and if not shooting offline.)
Please be aware that assets produced between 10:30pm EDT Tuesday, September 21 and 10:59am EDT Thursday, September 23 may be missing some product data.
Any issues that result in missing data are always urgent priority and thankfully have been extremely rare over the last 5 years.
