Removing Shots from a Shot List

Modified on Tue, 28 Feb, 2023 at 11:33 AM

Sometimes shots that are assigned to a Shot List need to be removed. It may be that the product was damaged and can't be shot that day, but will be shot at a later date, or it may be that the photographer ran out of time. Whatever the reason, ShotFlow Capture enables users on Set to remove Shots from the Shot List so that those shots will go back into an "unassigned" state. This functionality reduces the need to use statuses such as Cancelled to remove shots from the Studio users view, since cancelled doesn't remove the Shot from the Shot List, and may also not be the right status for this particular shot.

To remove a Shot from a Shot List, right click on the shot and choose "Remove from Shot List" option from the dropdown.

Or, you may highlight the Shot and then choose the top menu, selecting "Remove from Shot List" from the dropdown menu.

Finally, you can select "Remove from Shot List" from the dropdown menu that is accessible via the Shot Details panel.
