Removing Users

Users can be removed from Brand and/or Studio apps if your role has permissions to do so. In the event that the user has access to more than one application on the account, removing them from one app does not remove them from all applications. This is by design, as you may wish to remove the user from one application, but not others. 



Remove from Application (not from Account)

When a user needs to be removed from an application, but not the account, follow the steps below:


1. Navigate to the application the user should be removed from. 

2. Choose Users on the right hand navigation panel. 

3. Locate the user and choose the remove button. 

4. Confirm removal by choosing "Remove User."



Remove from Account

When a user needs to be removed from all applications, and the account, you must perform the steps above, and open a ticket with support@shotflow.com to have the user removed from the account. 


Removing them from the application ensures they no longer have access to the data, while removing them from the account also opens up a user seat.
