Release Notes: Mobile App 1.7 (1/22/2024)

Requirements

• A device running iOS release: 15.0 or higher

• Access to at least one ShotFlow Brand and Studio app, including the Access Mobile Application permission in the user's role
• For updating Sample Locations and moving Locations to a new Area, users must log in via a ShotFlow Studio app configured with Areas and Locations. 
• Please contact support@shotflow.com to request configuring your app.

Installation Procedure

1. Access the ShotFlow Samples & Styling mobile app on the App Store 

2. Download and install to your iOS device, or update your app if already installed.

What’s New?

• New Update flow for bulk sample edits. Need to make the same edits to all your scanned samples? Now you can! Ensure the fields you need are included in your Edit Sample Form. Reach out to your TAM to help adjust your form as needed.
  • Fields which have the same value across all the scanned samples will display the value. 
  • Fields which have different values across the samples will display '[Mixed Values]' so users know they are overwriting the different values with a new one.

• Streamlined Grouping flow. Creating or editing existing Groupings is now easier than ever. Add the scanned in products and remove any existing products you don’t want! Once the Grouping is set, click submit and the products are associated correctly.

  • Additionally, product recognition is easier by leveraging the new Sample Descriptor fields including the Reference Image. 

• Track flow updates. The location picker is easier to scan for the right location due to improved location name and grouping by area.

  • Additionally, if you scan a location, you'll seamlessly move to the confirmation page.

• New confirmations. We’re introducing our new confirmations and success interactions to be more consistent and efficient.
