Powers for the Sample Superhero!



Requirements

  • A device running iOS release: 15.0 or higher

  • Access to at least one ShotFlow Brand and Studio app, including the Access Mobile Application permission in the user's role
  • For updating Sample Locations and moving Locations to a new Area, users must log in via a ShotFlow Studio app configured with Areas and Locations.

Installation Procedure

1. Access the ShotFlow Samples & Styling mobile app on the App Store 

2. Download and install to your iOS device, or update your app if already installed.

What's New?

Today, we are excited to rollout some new features for the ShotFlow Mobile experience. This release will give new mobile powers to the Sample Coordinator superhero by improving sample workflows on the go!


1. Home button. We've added a shiny new Home button to effortlessly jump between flows after updating a batch of samples. Click the home button on the Options screen to conquer your next critical task.

2. Logged fields. You can now see the historical values of fields which are logged. Just click on the clock icon!


If there are no prior values, you’ll see the following message that there are no logs yet.


3. Auto removal of locations. When samples are added to a shipment, the sample’s current location will now be removed. This automation helps make sure a given sample is in only one location across studios! Location history can be tracked with a Related Field (Historical) if needed.


4. Custom Shipments. You now have the power to create Custom Shipment forms by defining the exact fields you need. Leave the tracking number blank, and we'll generate one for you automatically. This will require some configuration - reach out to your Technical Account Manager.



What did we change?


5. Assign Shots Flow. We've remastered the Assign Shots Flow with a new intuitive interface for assigning shots to lists with clear confirmations every step of the way. Pick a list, create a new one from a template, confirm assignment and then bask in the glory of success!



 

What did we fix?


6. Updating to blank. You can now choose a blank value if needed. Just choose “No value” and Submit!


7. Retrieving unique samples. When scanning products with multiple samples, we'll only return the unique sample you scanned - no redundant clutter!
