Enhancements for All! (deployed 7/19)

Platform Release 3.19

We've broadened the enhancement love across more of the platform in this release from our focus on Smarter Approvals - though of course we are continually improving that experience. These updates begin our 'Quick Wins' which we hope will deliver incremental improvements to your ShotFlow experience.

What’s New?

• More Assets per Smarter Approval Review. Review more assets at once! 

• Hyperlinks in Dashboard Notes. Your dashboards are now much more powerful with hyperlinks. Set these up in your text widgets to open up scribes, help documentation or other reference. Or even link to specific views to have them open in a new tab. The possibilities are endless, and we hope will give your teams all they need to get their job done well and quickly! More info  

• Left Nav Collapse. We've updated the collapse icon of the left nav to no longer look like a back button. Expand and collapse with ease! 

• Search Multiple Choice Fields. We've improved the type ahead search for multiple choice fields so that long lists of values are easier to narrow down to the right selection. This will show up in places for updating these fields: grid edit, individual record edit, and update action buttons. More info

When you start typing, the list narrows to the matching values to reduce the options to pick from. 

What Did We Change?

• Smarter Approval Color Picker. We updated our color picker to make it easier to choose the markup color of your choice. 

What Did We Fix?

• Fixed not being able to view single record if the view was not set up to select a record.
• Can’t enter negative values in Smarter Asset settings.
• Individual record views show the full Related Record text and a consistent placement of the view icon.
