Sharing Shoots in Studio to Shipments in Brand
In order to share samples to the Studio for the purpose of pulling shots and/or adding products to a shot in capture, you would first need to share the Shoots in the Studio app with the Shipments in the Brand Application.
1. From the Studio app, navigate to the Shoots view.
2. Click the Edit icon next to the Shoot that you wish to share.
3. Click the + symbol next to “Shared Applications” on the right pane.
4. Choose the Brand App to share the Shoot with by clicking it.
5. Once selected, the Brand App name will show under the “Shared Applications” section.
6. Click “Update” at the bottom of the Shoot record to save the changes.
Assigning Brand Shipments to Studio Shoots
After Shoots have been shared to the Brand application, the next step is to assign the Shipment from the Brand app to the Shoots in the Studio app.
1. From the Brand app, navigate to the Shipments view.
2. Click the Edit icon next to the Shipment that you wish to assign.
3. Click the + symbol next to “Related Shoots” on the right pane.
4. Choose the Shoot to assign the Shipment to by clicking it.
5. Once selected, the Shoot will show under the “Related Shoots” section.
6. Click “Update” at the bottom of the Shipment record to save the changes.
