Release Notes: Samples & Styling 1.0.3 (released 3/3/2021)

Access to at least one ShotFlow brand app, including the Access Mobile Application permission in the user's role

Installation Procedure

1. Locate the ShotFlow Samples & Styling mobile app on the App Store 

2. Download and install to your iOS device, or update your app if already installed

What’s New?

• Upload a Reference Image for any Sample scanned. When working with scanned Samples, you can now upload an image to provide a visual reference for the Sample.
• View a Reference Image for any Sample scanned. When working with scanned Samples, you can now view an existing reference image for the Sample.
• Clear all button on the Scan screen. This button removes all scanned Samples with one tap.
• Shot assignment function now utilizes the Shots - Retrieval - Mode from the selected Shot List. Prior behavior utilized a local "Fetch Shots related to..." setting in the app, which has been deprecated in favor of the Shot List's Shots - Retrieval - Mode field to determine the relationship(s) utilized to assign Shots. For example, if the Shot List's Shots - Retrieval - Mode field has a value of "Product Child" then only Shots related to the Product Child will be assigned.
• Update Studio Date Received? toggle now updates Studio Day Received field as well. Previously, if this option was enabled, only the Studio Date Received field was updated. Now both Studio Date Received (date/time) and Studio Day Received (day only) are both updated. Studio Day Received enables much simpler reports/charts summarized by day.
• Type field is displayed when creating a Shipment. The Type field was added to support designating different types of Shipments (e.g. Inbound, Outbound, Box, Rack, etc.) based on the client's configured values for the Shipment Type field.
• Type field is a new option when filtering Shipments for Sample assignment. The Type field was added to Shipment filtering to support limiting the type(s) of Shipments shown for assignment (e.g. Inbound, Outbound, Box, Rack, etc.) based on the client's configured values for the Shipment Type field.
• App version number is now listed in the ShotFlow settings entry of the iOS Settings app

What Did We Fix?

• Scan sound still audible when phone is set to silent. The sound function now behaves as expected.
