Training Checklist (Initial Training Sessions and UAT)

To successfully prepare for ShotFlow trainings, we would recommend the following: 


Check access to platform.shotflow.com


Equipment

Stations

Barcode scanners

Mobile devices (iPads or iPhones with ShotFlow Samples & Styling Mobile App)

Printers

Labels

Cameras 


Software (installed and tested)

Capture One

ShotFlow mobile app (optional)

ShotFlow capture

Adobe Bridge or Photoshop

Zoom or client side Meeting software


Sample product

An ingest file with information for samples to be used that should be ingested into ShotFlow prior to the training sessions.

The physical samples matching provided to ShotFlow


Workflow Document 

Have a copy of the proposed workflow document available to follow along


Knowledge Base

Review documentation in the Knowledge Base ahead of trainings, paying close attention to articles in the General section; specifically ShotFlow Capture Product Centric, Platform (Web Browser Access),  Brand Applications, and Samples and Styling Mobile app.  https://shotflow1.freshdesk.com/support/solutions

FOR FINAL USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING (UAT)

The following is recommended for the Final UAT. ShotFlow can assist with setup; however, it is the client's responsibility to provide the data.


Shot List Configurations

Capture Naming Format- For example, Naming Convention (created during the ingest process)_4 Digit Counter_Current Date

Session SubFolder Naming Format - For example, Product SKU 


Desired Metadata Fields

A list of all of the fields in ShotFlow that should be included in the XMP metadata


User Roles/Dashboards/Views

Basic configuration of roles for the various user types; users invited and can access

Views for the roles to ensure users are seeing what they need to complete their steps in the workflow. 

Dashboards and/or Charts to ensures users have visual access to meaningful data.


Talent and Style Guides (optional Modules)

Talent Records - can be manually created or work with Professional Services for ingest process.

Style Guides Records - can be manually created or work with Professional Services for ingest process.
