Welcome to ShotFlow! We're excited to have you on board and are committed to ensuring you have a seamless experience with our platform. This user guide will walk you through the various training options we offer to help you make the most of ShotFlow's capabilities.

Introduction to Training Sessions


Shotflow offers comprehensive training sessions to help you become proficient with our platform. These sessions are conducted over Zoom, where our experienced trainers will guide you through the ins and outs of Shotflow's features. You have the option to choose between using our Zoom sessions or your preferred meeting software.


Recording your Training


During our Zoom training sessions, we ensure that all the valuable content is recorded for your reference. This allows you to revisit the training at your own pace and review any concepts you might need a refresher on. If you decide to use your own meeting software, please remember that recording will be your responsibility.


End-to-End Session


Once you've completed the basic training, we highly recommend participating in our End-to-End session. This session is designed to provide a holistic understanding of how ShotFlow can benefit you. During this session, all ShotFlow users come together to walk through a complete process, covering everything from start to finish within the platform.


Over-The-Shoulder Support


Our team is dedicated to your success. That's why we offer "over-the-shoulder" support during the End-to-End session. ShotFlow Support experts will be there to assist you as you navigate the workflow. If you have any questions or encounter any challenges, our support team will provide real-time solutions to ensure you're on the right track.


Maximizing Your Workflow Session


During the End-to-End session, while our support experts are here to help, you're in the driver's seat. You'll take the lead as you walk through the workflow, putting into practice everything you've learned. This hands-on approach will empower you to confidently utilize ShotFlow's features and tackle tasks effectively.



Support Tools 


In addition to training sessions and access to the General Knowledge Base and HelpDesk, ShotFlow support utilizes several tools that not only facilitate the training, but offer additional support after training has been completed.


Recording


Training sessions may be recorded and stored on Box.com (if using ShotFlow meeting credentials). Shared links to sessions are available for client review/download. 


Workflow Documents 


These will be provided as Excel documents to clients throughout the training process. The workflow documents are expected to change (inclusion/adjustment of precise steps or views), so they are periodically iterated and provided to clients. A final workflow document will be provided upon the completion of training.


Client Specific KnowledgeBase

If the purchased support package includes Client Specific guides or videos, Knowledge Base Articles and/ or videos are created using client-specific workflows, screenshots and screen recordings. These guides and videos are housed in the Client Folder in the Knowledge Base and will only be accessible to users within the Company. 


ShotFlow Event Videos 


ShotFlow event and announcement videos can provide an overview of the capabilities of Shotflow and how you can design a workflow that can suit you. Videos from Industry leaders and experts can be found on our  Vimeo
