1. Launch ShotFlow Samples and Styling Mobile App.
2. Log in using your ShotFlow registered email and password.
3. Choose the desired application (if you only have access to one application, you will not see this screen.)
4. From the Home screen, click the barcode icon to open the scanning functionality.
5. Tap the Scan Barcodes button to start scanning in barcodes.
6. Scan barcodes, and confirm that the number entered matches the number displayed on the lower left. (Or you may manually input sample barcodes into the Enter Barcode box. Read more here: Scanning and Inputting Sample Barcodes). Choose Done when all barcodes are entered.
7. Confirm each barcode is found in ShotFlow (marked with the green checkmark icon.) If the barcode is not found, it will present with a red exclamation icon. To remove a barcode, swipe the barcode value left and click Delete.
8. Once all barcodes have been verified, click Done in the upper right hand corner.
9. From the list of actions, choose "Assign: Find associated Shots and assign to a Shot List."
10. To create a new Shot List, choose +New in the lower right corner.
11. The window with Shot List Templates will be displayed. Choose the Shot List Template that matches the Shot List you wish to create. (Shot List Templates are configured in the Platform. Only those Shot List Templates where field Template equals Yes are displayed.)
12. Fill out the Clone Shot List form by inputting values or changing existing values that are cloned from the Template if desired. Fields marked with a red asterisk are required. Multiple Choice fields are displayed with >. Yes/No Fields are toggle switches (Green for yes, Grey for no).
13. Confirmation that the Shot List was created successfully appears. The Shot List information is also displayed. The values for each configuration are set in the Shot List configuration:
Shot Type(s) to be Assigned: Values entered in the "Shots - Retrieval - Type" field in the Shot List
Shot Statuses to be Assigned: Values entered in the "Shots - Retrieval - Status" field in the Shot List
Retrieval Mode: Values entered in the "Shots - Retrieval - Mode" field in the Shot List.
Disabled - No shots are able to be assigned via this method
Sample - Shots related to Samples
Product Child - Shots related to Product Children
Any - Shots related to Samples or Product Children
Groupings - Not currently supported in Mobile application
The number of Shots identified matching the Type, Status and Mode that will be assigned to the selected Shot List. If no shots are identified, the number is 0.
14. Click Assign in the upper right. A confirmation window will show the number of Shots and the Shot List they are assigned to. If there were 0 shots identified initially, then any attempt to assign will show the message that No Shots are available.
