1. Launch ShotFlow Samples and Styling Mobile App.

2. Log in using your ShotFlow registered email and password.

3. Choose the desired application (if you only have access to one application, you will not see this screen.)

4. From the Home screen, click the barcode icon to open the scanning functionality.

5. Tap the Scan Barcodes button to start scanning in barcodes.

6. Scan barcodes, and confirm that the number entered matches the number displayed on the lower left. (Or you may manually input sample barcodes into the Enter Barcode box. Read more here: Scanning and Inputting Sample Barcodes). Choose Done when all barcodes are entered.

7. Confirm each barcode is found in ShotFlow (marked with the green checkmark icon.) If the barcode is not found, it will present with a red exclamation icon. To remove a barcode, swipe the barcode value left and click Delete.

8. Once all barcodes have been verified, click Done in the upper right hand corner.

9. From the list of actions, choose "Assign: Find associated Shots and assign to a Shot List."

10. From the list, choose the Shot List the shots should be assigned to. If there are many Shot Lists, use the "Search Shot Lists" function by entering keywords in the Shot List title.

You can also use the filters (circle with three blue lines contained in the Search Shot Lists box) to choose the Shot List Statuses to pull from, in addition to choosing how the results should be sorted. For example, you could see only those Shot Lists with the Status of Completed and then sort those Shot Lists in Descending order (newest first) by the date they were last modified. Only the first 1000 results are displayed, so if you aren't finding the Shot List(s) you would expect, you may need to adjust the Sort field and order. If you don't filter or sort the default values are:

Statuses: Ready, Awaiting Samples, Awaiting Assignment; Sort Order: Field- Status ; Order - Ascending.

11. The Shot List information is displayed. The values for each configuration are set in the Shot List configuration:

Shot Type(s) to be Assigned: Values entered in the "Shots - Retrieval - Type" field in the Shot List

Shot Statuses to be Assigned: Values entered in the "Shots - Retrieval - Status" field in the Shot List

Retrieval Mode: Values entered in the "Shots - Retrieval -  Mode" field in the Shot List.

12. Click Assign in the upper right. A confirmation window will show the number of Shots and the Shot List they are assigned to. If there were 0 shots identified initially, then any attempt to assign will show the message that No Shots are available.
