What Happens if a Shot Won't Connect to Capture One on a New Computer?

In the event that you launch ShotFlow capture, but you are not able to connect a shot to Capture One Pro, and you have verified that the new computer (or freshly wiped computer) meets the minimum requirements, and you are able to connect shots on another station, we recommend that you verify the Apple Security and Privacy Settings for that computer. 


Any version of Capture One listed under ShotFlow One Capture in the Automations section should be checked to allow for interaction of ShotFlow capture with Capture One Pro
