Configuration of ShotFlow Capture for Capture One in MacOS

Overview

ShotFlow Capture requires automation permissions to interact with Capture One Pro. Without these permissions, certain features may not function correctly. Follow the steps below to grant the necessary access.


Steps to Enable Automation Permissions

  1. Open System Settings:

    • Click on the Apple Menu () and select System Settings.
  2. Navigate to Privacy & Security:

    • Scroll down and click on Privacy & Security in the left-hand menu.
  3. Locate the Automation Section:

    • Under Privacy, find and select Automation.
  4. Grant Permission to ShotFlow Capture:

    • Look for ShotFlow Capture in the list.
    • Ensure that Capture One is checked to allow interaction.
  5. Restart ShotFlow Capture:

    • Close and reopen ShotFlow Capture for the changes to take effect.

Troubleshooting

  • If ShotFlow Capture does not appear in the Automation section, try opening Capture One Pro first and then relaunching ShotFlow Capture.
  • If permissions were not applied correctly, uncheck and recheck Capture One under ShotFlow Capture in Automation settings.
