How Do I Share a Set/Area with a Brand App?

In order to assign Shot Lists to Sets/Areas for access in capture, you would first need to share the Sets/Areas in the Studio app with the Brand Application. 

1. From the Studio app, navigate to a View for Sets (or Areas in the most recent architecture). 

2. Click the Edit icon next to the Set (or Area) that you wish to share. 

3. Click the + symbol next to “Shared Applications” on the right pane.

4. Choose the Brand App to share the Set/Area with by clicking it. 

5. Once selected, the Brand App name will show under “Shared Applications." 

6. Click “Update” at the bottom of the Set/Area record to save the changes.
