Field Logging Release (deployed 4/30/2020)

Modified on Mon, 31 Aug, 2020 at 7:50 PM

What’s New?

  • Field logging. A field can now be flagged for logging changes, to keep a running log of each change made to that field's value, who changed it, and when (time and date). Users can view the logging history with a single click.
  • Ability to add an image to labels. For clients who want more than just barcode and text on their tracking labels/tags, ShotFlow now supports images as well! This enables a visual identification of the item, whether to match a tag to a sample, a piece of gear, or any other case where pictures speak louder than words.

  • Support for special characters in barcodes. For cases where ShotFlow needs to "inherit" barcode values from another system, we have expanded the supported character set.

  • Support for Dark Mode. Want to work like a retoucher or the cool kids? Enable Dark Mode and ShotFlow will fit right in at the party!

  • Case sensitive queries (API only)

What Did We Fix?

  • Incorrect default value for "Yes/No" fields (while editing a field)
  • Blank value for related file fields in views
  • UI Mask is persisted after previewing a label
  • Cancelling an action to print labels locks record checkboxes
  • Performing a search on view the contains field from another application throws an error
  • Exported views not including inherited field values
  • Incorrect total records value when performing a wildcard search
  • Unique checkbox not displayed after changing field type
  • Dashboard report not refreshing data
  • View data not refreshing after updating a record which is related to another application
  • Using a function in data ingest truncates value

What Did We Change?

  • "Display Field Names" rather than "Display Labels" when saving a label
  • Optimized querying file fields
