Mobile App Error List

Frequent / User Error | ||
There are no shots to assign. | There was an attempt to assign one or more shots to a shot list, but either no shots were provided, or something went wrong in retrieving the shots. | Ensure you have one or more valid shots for your scanned barcodes. Please ensure your CM Status page reports no errors, and all relevant nested relationships are enabled. Please restart the app and try again. Please contact a Shotflow Admin if issues persist. |
Scanned barcode is invalid: ____ | No sample could be found linked to your scanned barcode | Please ensure that the barcode you scanned corresponds to the Barcode Value of one of the samples in your Brand app. |
Offline | A connection can't be made to ShotFlow | Double check that your device is connected to the internet. |
No sample | No sample was found matching the barcode you scanned. | Please scan a barcode corresponding to a sample with a Barcode Value field value equal to the barcode you just scanned. |
You are not signed in. Please sign in and try again. | Your session has expired and you need to sign in again | Log out of the app, or restart and sign in again. |
Two or more Product Children are needed to create a Grouping. Please scan more Samples and try again. | When creating a Grouping, more than one Product Child is needed | Ensure that more than one of your scanned samples are linked to a product child. Scan additional samples if needed and try again. |

Error getting product lookup: ___ | The mobile app utilizes two settings in the brand app to find products that are related to a sample barcode value. This setting is missing or incorrect. | In the relevant brand app, select Capture Module / Settings Confirm the Product Child Lookup Field has a value that matches the unique identifier for Product Children. Restart the mobile app and test again |
One or more product children do not have valid lookup values | The mobile app utilizes two settings in the brand app to find products that are related to a sample barcode value. Either this setting is missing or incorrect, or the particular product children do not have values set for this field. | In the relevant brand app, select Capture Module / Settings Confirm the Product Child Lookup Field has a value that matches the unique identifier for Product Children. The app schema is invalid | The brand app is not set up as expected for ShotFlow Mobile. | Please restart the app and try again. Please contact a Shotflow Admin if issues persist. |
General / Server Errors | ||
Shipment created successfully, but there was a problem linking it to the specified samples. | A shipment was created for the scanned samples, but it couldn't be linked to all of the provided samples. | View the new Shipment in the cloud to verify which samples were linked. The shipment could not be linked to all samples | A shipment was selected to link to the scanned samples, but not all samples could be linked successfully. | View the selected Shipment in the cloud to verify which samples were linked. Table has no UUID field: _table_ | The table indicated does not have a UUID field that can be accessed by the mobile app | Make sure that your table has a valid UUID field. |
Records should be an array | The mobile app queried and fetched records from the cloud, but the received records weren't in the expected format. | Please restart the app and try again. Please contact a Shotflow Admin if issues persist. |
No record to create | There was an attempt to create a new record, but no fields were given for the record. | If you are able to add some field values for the record being created, please do so. Please restart the app and try again. Please contact a Shotflow Admin if issues persist. |
No records provided to relate | The mobile app tried to relate one record to a group of other records, except the group of records to relate was empty. | Please restart the app and try again. Please contact a Shotflow Admin if issues persist. |
Record does not have a UUID / No UUID for record | A record that is available to the mobile app somehow does not have its UUID field available. | Please ensure your CM Status page reports no errors, and all relevant nested relationships are enabled.
