Samples and Styling mobile app supports SSO. Non-SSO users will input their username and password (same as the platform credentials) to access the application.

Studio Only User

  • The user role must include the permission "Access Mobile Application" in the Studio app.
  • Once logged in the user is prompted to choose a Studio if they have access to more than one Studio; otherwise, the Studio is automatically selected and redirected to the Home screen.
  • Studio Only users can only access Samples/Shipments that have been shared with the Studio.

Studio/Brand User

  • The user role must include the permission "Access Mobile Application" in the Brand and Studio apps.
  • If the user has chosen a Studio app and has access to multiple Brand apps, they will choose from a list of Brand apps based on those related to the chosen studio.
  • If the user does not wish to access available Studio apps, they will choose NONE. They will choose the Brand app they would like to access (or if they only have access to one Brand, it is automatically selected, and they are redirected to the Home screen).

Brand Only User

  • The user role must include the permission "Access Mobile Application" in the Brand app.
  • If the user is a Brand Only user, they will be prompted to choose the Brand app if they have access to more than one Brand; otherwise, the Brand is automatically selected and they are redirected to the Home screen.
  • Brand only users won't have access to Studio fields, like updating a Sample's Location.

From the Home screen, users have visibility to which Studio and/or Brand apps they are currently accessing.
