Bad Connection: The cloud server cannot be accessed through the current Internet connection, please check your connection


Root Cause/Issue

A connection to the ShotFlow API can't be established on the current network.


Implications/Side Effects

No syncing can occur. Only Offline functionality will be enabled until connection is reestablished.


How To Resolve

- Check Internet Connection by accessing a non-ShotFlow site such as www.google.com.
- Change to a different network.
- Ensure that you are not behind a firewall that is preventing your connection.
