What’s New?
- New "Network" menu option for all users, with access to new ShotFlow network page. This menu option navigates to the new ShotFlow Network page, enabling discovery of ShotFlow studio and brand apps that have been designated as "public." Each studio or brand app on the ShotFlow Network page can be selected to find out more about that production partner. All production partners are ready for "plug & shoot" connection, enabling seamless assignment of Shipments & Samples, Shot Lists & Shots for overflow work, special projects, and/or temporary capacity during COVID lockdowns.
- Nested Navigation retains temporary search/filtering criteria on return navigation. Now when navigating from table to table via Nested Navigation, any temporary search criteria applied to a table prior to selecting a nested relationship is retained when returning to that navigation point. This makes is much easier for users to travel "up and down" in the nested tables without re-entering search criteria.
- Cloning Reports and Charts. Now a role with Create/update chart and/or Create/update report permission will see a [clone] button on existing Charts/Reports. The button creates an exact copy of the original Chart or Report to utilize in building a new Chart or Report, a major time savings!
- Cloning a search component within Advanced Search. When creating or editing an Advanced Search, each row can now be duplicated using a [clone] button to save time when creating additional logical conditions.
- New .costyle extension support for File fields. This initial support for .costyle (Capture One Style) files as a valid file type for storing in ShotFlow is a component of future state support for applying Capture One Styles locally via ShotFlow Capture.
- Option to remove a file attachment from a record when editing. When editing a single record that includes one or more attachment(File) fields, the user can now remove an attachment link for each file if a previously uploaded file is no longer applicable to the record.
What Did We Change?
- Clean-up of Update Action right panel display to minimize scrolling. Field names and labels have been consolidated to create a cleaner user experience for Update Actions that include multiple fields.
