Setting User Permissions for Calendars and Events

Calendars and Events are components of ShotFlow that enable users to quickly and easily identify various data points in a specified date or time format.


Access to creating, managing and deleting calendars can be given on a role by role basis and are as follows: 


  • Create/Clone/Update Calendars - Ability to create, clone or update calendars within ShotFlow

  • Delete Calendar - Ability to delete existing calendars within ShotFlow.

  • Manage Events - Ability to create or modify events; users with this permission enabled, but not create/clone/update calendars will see both Calendars and Events in the left drop-down menu navigation, but will only be able to view Calendars and not modify, create, clone or delete them.
