What’s New?
- Calendars Module! For the first time, ShotFlow users can interact with an unlimited number of live calendars that are custom configured to display the specific events relevant to your production process. With just a few clicks, the Men's brand team can have their own shoot calendar, the Women's brand team can have theirs, and the Studio ABC Team can have one too! Note that this module will only be visible to clients who have purchased it. For detailed instructions on configuring calendars and events, click here
- Three new Calendar-related permissions. These new permissions must be granted to Client Admins to have control over Calendar and Event configurations: Create/clone/update calendar, Delete calendar, Manage events.
- Calendars have been added as a report object. When creating/editing reports, "calendar" is now an object type. All available calendars are selectable for inclusion in the report layout. If the Calendars module is not enabled for an app, selecting this object when editing a report displays a "No available calendars" error.
- Data Ingest prepare and finalize stages have been segmented. This does not impact the majority of users, except those who perform manual data ingests. For manual ingest users, there are now progress bars visible during both ingest preparation and finalization.
- New "Partial" status added to Data Ingest logs. An ingest status of "Partial" indicates the ingest was processed and the data was ingested into the application, however something failed after this process. ShotFlow Admins have visibility to more granular errors in these cases.
- Automatic support ticket generation when an automated data ingest fails. Now the ShotFlow Help Desk will receive a ticket when any automated data ingest fails, to provide immediate visibility to our Client Experience team. If action is required by the client, this ticket can be assigned to a user or other actions can be taken to address the issue.
What Did We Change?
- Timeout errors now display "Request timed out" error. Previously, the user would see "Oops! Something went wrong"
- Data Ingest functions now accept tags in all parameters. Previously only the first parameter accepted tags in functions.
What Did We Fix?
- Shots have duplicative relationships to Product Children after being captured. This was a very rare and odd little bug that we hunted down and terminated with extreme prejudice.
