Configuring and Troubleshooting Label Printer Issues

If you are experiencing issues with printing labels from ShotFlow, please check the following: 


  • The correct printer drivers, including the correct label size, needs to be installed on the computer that's printing.
  • The correct label size needs to be selected in the print dialog for the browser printer settings.
  • Margins should always be set to minimum or none.
  • If you don't set Margins to none, then ensure "Headers and Footers" is unchecked.
  • Choose the correct Layout for your label; Portrait or Landscape.
  • Try printing using "Print using system dialog."
  • Install the latest version of Google Chrome.
