If you are experiencing issues with printing labels from ShotFlow, please check the following:
- The correct printer drivers, including the correct label size, needs to be installed on the computer that's printing.
- The correct label size needs to be selected in the print dialog for the browser printer settings.
- Margins should always be set to minimum or none.
- If you don't set Margins to none, then ensure "Headers and Footers" is unchecked.
- Choose the correct Layout for your label; Portrait or Landscape.
- Try printing using "Print using system dialog."
- Install the latest version of Google Chrome.
