ShotFlow Capture cannot connect a shot to Capture One Pro

There are a few reasons why a shot won't connect to Capture One Pro from ShotFlow capture


No Session Open - ShotFlow capture can only recognize one running Session. If you are working in Catalog mode or have more than one session open, please close all sessions and relaunch Capture One Pro in a single Session mode. Ensure that Capture One is checked in OS System Preferences->Security and Privacy-> Automation.


ShotFlow Permissions - Ensure that the user has the correct permissions to the Studio application and that the user role includes permissions for updating records. 


OS Permissions - Ensure that you've given permissions to Capture One Pro for ShotFlow capture. You can review how to do that here: Configuration of ShotFlow Capture for Capture One Pro and Mojave OS
