Troubleshooting for Capture Before Submitting a Ticket

If you're having issues with ShotFlow capture, please ensure you have tried or confirmed the following before opening a ticket with support: 


1. Machine meets the Minimum Baseline Requirements for running the version of ShotFlow capture installed.

2. Close capture and relaunch. See if the issue persists. 

3. Wipe Local Data

4. Ensure that you are connected to the internet. Attempt to access multiple websites such as google.com

5. Confirm that the total number of Shots on a Set does not exceed 300 (across all Shot Lists assigned to the Set in a status of Ready or In Progress).

6. Open a ticket (or send email to support@shotflow.com) with the following information: 

  •     Set
  •     Shot List(s)
  •     Shot Title(s)
  •     Detailed account of the issue
  •     Steps to reproduce (if applicable) 
  •     Screenshots (if applicable)
  •     Support Log


Failure to provide the requested information may delay a resolution for the issue.
