What’s New?
- New workflow to move Studio Location(s) to an Area. A new [move rack] icon has been added to the app home screen for users who are logged into a studio app. Tapping this new button enables the user to scan Location IDs (in cases where Locations are physically tagged with a unique ID), or type in Location ID(s) using a virtual keyboard. All the Locations can then be moved to a new Area by selecting from a list of Areas in the studio app. The Areas can be searched/filtered or scrolled to identify the desired Area to associate with the Location(s)
- Initial support for Production apps. Studio services clients who are implementing Production apps will now be able to utilize the mobile app for scanning samples, shipments, etc. within a Production app.
What Changed?
- Button for scanning Samples, Shipments, Locations, and Areas has been restyled. The new button indicates a product with a tag. Since scanning will now be done in many places across the app, and new home screen buttons are being added regularly, each button will be more illustrative of the goal or use case.
- Input box during scanning is now tied to a new keyboard icon. For users who need to enter value(s) manually when scanning due to no tags being present, there is now a [keyboard] icon at the bottom of the scanning screen to enable the text input box when needed. The user can tap the [keyboard] icon to toggle the text input box on or off.
- Moved the Scan Sound setting to iOS settings. This was previously behind the "Gear" icon inside the app.
- Updated privacy policy link. Now links to the policy directly without the need for additional navigation
- A few bug fixes.
