Requirements

  • A device running iOS release: 15.0 or higher

  • Access to at least one ShotFlow Brand and Studio app, including the Access Mobile Application permission in the user's role
  • For updating Sample Locations using the [Track] function and moving Locations to a new Area, users must log in via a ShotFlow Studio app configured with Areas and Locations. Please contact support@shotflow.com to request Studio App Areas & Locations config.


Installation Procedure

1. Access the ShotFlow Samples & Styling mobile app on the App Store 

2. Download and install to your iOS device, or update your app if already installed.

What’s New?

  • Faster loading for scanning many samples. After some configurations by your TAM, scanning sample barcodes, shipment tracking numbers, and location barcodes should be faster when scanning large lists of sample records. 
    • Once this goes live, we hope to continue to work on performance improvements.

NOTE: Please alert your TAM if your scanning function is giving you an error: "Application is not configured for scanning." so that the configuration can be updated.

 

  • Configurable Sample Detail Fields. You can now define what fields you want to see on the Sample Details screen. Expand or collapse the data to find what you're looking for faster. Determine order of the information buckets and the fields within each bucket.
    • Want to leverage this feature? Work with your TAM to add the sample, product, and other type of fields to your sample details view.

Note: Similar to above, alert your TAM if you are getting the following error: "Application is not configured for sample details."

  • Updated Home Screen. Cleaner UI and descriptions added to Home Tiles. Settings moved into header. Studio and Brand selections simplified.
  • Ability to Toggle between Studios and Brands. For users with multiple studios and/or multiple apps, you can now toggle between them without having to leave the app. 
  • Updated Actions Screen. Cleaner UI and scaled to one screen to bring all actions in view. 

What’s Changed?

  • Fixed Scan Location ID. Easier to find Locations by scanning it in. No need to scroll to the bottom - it's now ever-present. 
  • Better "back" button from Sample status updates. Choose the wrong Sample Status? Now it's easier to go back to choose the right one. Also, updated Cancel button- no more red on dark grey!
