ShotFlow provides a RESTful API for direct programmatic integration with our system. To ensure optimal performance and maintain system integrity, we have established the following usage limits:
Rate Limits:
• For sequential calls: Maximum of one (1) call per second
• For real-time updates to external systems: Maximum of one (1) query per 30 seconds
Compliance:
• Adherence to these guidelines is crucial for continued API access
• ShotFlow reserves the right to disable API access for any brand or studio application that consistently violates these limits
Reinstatement:
• API access will be restored once the non-compliant application is adjusted to meet our guidelines
