To enable visibility to ShotFlow XMP metadata in Adobe Bridge CC & PhotoShop CC 2018/2019/2020 on a Mac OS computer that already has ShotFlow capture installed:

  1. Launch ShotFlow capture and log into a studio application with access to the brand that you want to generate XMP panels for
  2. Select a Set with at least one active Shot List for that brand already assigned
  3. From the Admin menu select "Create Adobe XMP Panels..."
  4. Select "Install on this computer"
  5. The Adobe XMP panels will be installed on the local machine for the current user, and a dialog will confirm "Adobe Panels Generated"
  6. Be sure to re-start Adobe Bridge and/or PhotoShop if currently running in order for the panels to be recognized
  7. If the ShotFlow panel is not present in Adobe Photoshop, navigate to Windows->Extensions and ensure that "ShotFlow" is checked.
  8. When launching Adobe Bridge, you may be asked to load an extension "com.ShotFlow.XMPViewer.Panel.KRBG". Click Proceed to allow the ShotFlow panel to display in Bridge. If you cancel the prompt, the panel will not show and you will need to restart Adobe Bridge to be presented with this dialogue again.

Paths to double check installation:

1)  ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CEP/extensions/com.ShotFlow.XMPViewer
2) Brand json file in: ~/Library/Application Support/ShotFlow Capture/xmpdefs/
3) There may be Brand related subfolders in:  ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/XMP/
