What’s New?

  • Initial support for Single Sign-On (SSO). Capture log-in screen now includes an [SSO] button for clients utilizing Single Sign-On. Capture utilizes the ShotFlow platform for SSO authentication. For more information on configuring Single Sign-On, contact support@shotflow.com
  • New "Fixed Deadline" Goal for On-Set Statistics Panel. Now a Shot List can carry a fixed date/time deadline for the on-Set team. This is a new goal type in addition to the other goals introduced in Capture 2.2.8. To learn more about adding goals to your Shot List templates, contact support@shotflow.com to request addition of the new Shot List Goal fields to your Brand app(s), and refer to: Creating and Configuring Shot Lists in a Brand app
  • Deadline and Time Goals now display in red if past the Goal. These time-driven goals now turn red when beyond the goal deadline/target time, so the on-Set team can recognize overage(s) in a more visual way.
  • Capture auto-completes new Shot List Completed (xx) fields to align with recently added Goal fields. Capture will auto-complete these fields in the same way (and at the same time) it auto-completes Completed At, Completed By, and Completed On fields (current functionality). These new fields mirror the Goal (xx) fields supported by Capture 2.2.8:
    • Completed (Groupings) - Integer field
    • Completed (Products) - Integer field
    • Completed (Samples) - Integer field
    • Completed (Shots) - Integer field
    • Completed (Time) - Duration field
    • Completed (Deadline) - Date and Time field
To learn more about adding goal completion data to your Shot List templates, contact support@shotflow.com                 to request adding the new Shot List Goal fields to your Brand app(s), and refer to:

  • Support data from Booking table for XMP tagging. Clients who utilize Bookings to store information that is relevant for XMP metadata tagging, such as Usage Rights information, can now include Booking fields in XMP Views for tagging in asset metadata.

What Did We Fix?

  • Cloning fails for Shots with a populated File field. A populated attachment (File field) would cause an unexpected error when cloning in Capture. Fixed!
  • Periods in field names break Capture - Subfolder - Naming FormatField names that contained a period "." character were breaking the Capture subfolder auto-naming function. Fixed!

Known Issues (Carried over from prior releases)

  • Style Guide is not showing for path [Shot -> Grouping -> Product Child -> Product Parent -> Style Guide]

Future Enhancements

  • A preferences panel!
  • Capture "mini-panel" for switching shots!
  • Style Guides upgrades!
  • Filtering upgrades!
  • Drag and Drop upgrades!
  • So. Many. Things.
