How Does the Capture Integration / ShotFlow Company Split Impact Me?

Modified on Fri, 19 Jan at 10:02 AM

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do we have to change our vendor account information?

If your current Vendor/Supplier account is for Capture Integration Inc., that organization no longer provides ShotFlow sales or services effective 1/1/2023. Capture Integration Inc. will continue to provide other services it has offered since 2004, including camera/lens/lighting sales/rental and Capture One sales. There are two approaches to addressing this change:

  1. Update your existing vendor/supplier account to reflect the new company (ShotFlow LLC) and its associated information. Note that your organization will no longer be able to procure Capture Integration products and services, such as Capture One licensing, camera/lens/lighting purchases or rentals, etc. from ShotFlow LLC.
  2. If you expect to utilize Capture Integration for Capture One licensing, camera/lens/lighting purchases or rentals, etc., retain Capture Integration Inc. as a vendor and add a new supplier/vendor account for ShotFlow LLC for processing transactions exclusively related to ShotFlow software and professional services.

Will my organization need to update our agreements/contracts?

Some client MSAs and SOWs may need to be amended or re-issued during 2023 to reflect the new company information, as ShotFlow LLC is a separate legal entity from Capture Integration Inc. This will depend on the assignment language in the specific agreement. All existing contracts related to ShotFlow services will be honored during this transition period. Please contact contracts@shotflow.com to initiate update of existing contracts.

Can my organization continue to purchase Capture One licenses from Shotflow?

No, ShotFlow LLC has no plans to offer Capture One licenses at this time. Capture One licenses will need to be purchased from an authorized reseller such as Capture Integration or from Capture One directly.

Does this impact existing orders for ShotFlow services that were placed with Capture Integration Inc?
All ShotFlow services purchased through Capture Integration will be honored by ShotFlow LLC as valid orders. For example, if a client purchased apps, modules, and seats that are valid through 2/28/2023 from Capture Integration Inc, those terms will be honored by ShotFlow LLC as well. If a client purchased pre-paid Professional Services hours that were unused through 12/31/2022, those hours will be available for services offered by ShotFlow LLC in perpetuity. When software services must be renewed, or additional Professional Services must be purchased after 12/30/2022, those orders must be placed with ShotFlow LLC.
