TABLE OF CONTENTS
Navigation
Since the introduction of ShotFlow capture 2.2, users have the opportunity to choose between a Shot-Centric or Product-Centric view to capture photography. A navigation strip along the top of the application window, to the right of the close (red dot), minimize (yellow dot), and maximize (green dot) buttons.
This control strip manages the following:
Switching between the Shot-Centric [camera icon] and Product-Centric [price tag icon] views
Enabling/disabling the Detail column [i icon]
Selecting an action for a Shot [Three dots Icon]
When logging back into capture, the last view that was displayed will be the view that is presented. If capture is closed while Product-Centric Mode is active, then the Product-Centric Mode will be active upon the next login. The same is true of Shot-Centric Mode. If a wipe of the local data occurs, then capture will default to opening in Shot-Centric Mode.
Each Set can operate in whichever View it is most comfortable with, including switching back and forth between Shot and product-centric views on the fly.
Shot-Centric View
The shot-centric view continues to function similarly to prior (2.1.x) releases, with the addition of some exciting new features and UI updates:
Stay up-to-date with automatic notifications about newer capture versions
Installation of new capture versions can be moved to the Applications folder with confirmation prompt
The Shot Detail panel can be toggled on/off with one click. Details are updated with each shot selection.

Product-Centric View
The product-centric view is completely new to ShotFlow capture and designed for “product-centric” workflows. Typically, this consists of multiple shots/angles that must be completed for each product and/or grouping. This view introduces an array of new features and functions not currently supported in the shot-centric view, including:
Multiple shots/angles for a product and/or grouping are displayed together automatically
Shots/angles are displayed as visual “placeholders” instead of single rows
Manages required vs. optional shots/angles
Cropping aspect ratios are automatically displayed for each Shot
Thumbnail images are displayed for Shots with existing ShotFlow Assets
