1. Launch ShotFlow Samples and Styling Mobile App.

2. Log in using your ShotFlow registered email and password.

3. Choose the desired application (if you only have access to one application, you will not see this screen.)

4. From the Home screen, click the barcode icon to open the scanning functionality.

5. Tap the Scan Barcodes button to start scanning in barcodes.

6. Scan barcodes, and confirm that the number entered matches the number displayed on the lower left. (Or you may manually input sample barcodes into the Enter Barcode box. Read more here: Scanning and Inputting Sample Barcodes). Choose Done when all barcodes are entered.

6. Confirm each barcode is found in ShotFlow (marked with the green checkmark icon.) If the barcode is not found, it will present with a red exclamation icon. To remove a barcode, swipe the barcode value left and click Delete.

7. Once all barcodes have been verified, click Done in the upper right hand corner.

8. From the list of actions, choose "Ship: Assign to a Shipment."

9. From the list, choose the Shipment the Samples should be assigned to. If there are many Shipments, use the "Search Shipments" function by entering keywords in the Shot List title. Shipments may also be searched by Visible Statuses or Type (choose the picker in the "Search Shipments" box), and a sort order may be set for the results returned by the search.

*It is also possible to "Create a New Shipment" (instructions below).

10. Once Shipment is selected, toggle to "Overwrite Relationships" for any existing samples to shipment relationship. This will force the samples on to the newly selected or newly created Shipment. Choose Link in the upper right.

11. A confirmation window will show the number of Samples and the Shipment they are assigned to.

Creating a Shipment

If Samples should be assigned to a Shipment that doesn't exist, it is possible to create a new Shipment.

1. Choose "Create New Shipment" during step 8 above. A "Create a Shipment" form presents, enabling users to input any relevant values for Name, Description, Carrier, Tracking Number, Sender, Recipient and Type. The ability to "Overwrite Relationships" (as discussed above in step 9) may also be toggled.

2. Choose "Create" in the upper right. A confirmation window will show the number of Samples and the Shipment they are assigned to. Choose Done.

3. The Shipment can now be linked to a Studio if desired. Choose the desired Studio or Skip if the Shipment should not be linked to a Studio at this time.

4. If a Studio is chosen, a popup will appear asking for confirmation to link the newly created Shipment to the selected Studio. Choosing Cancel will not link the Shipment to the Studio. Choosing Link will link the Shipment to the Studio.

5. Once confirmed, a confirmation window will show. Choose Done.

6. To finish linking a Shipment to the Studio, it must now be linked to a specific Shoot within the Studio. Choose the desired Shoot.

7. A popup will appear asking for confirmation to link the newly created Shipment to the selected Shoot in the Studio. Choosing Cancel will not link the Shipment to the Shoot. Choosing Link will link the Shipment to the Shoot.

8. Once confirmed, a confirmation window will show. Choose Done.
