Troubleshooting Performance Issues with ShotFlow Platform

If you notice a performance issue with the ShotFlow web interface (views, charts, records loading time extends 30 seconds), please provide the following information to help Support troubleshoot the issue.  It is important to report performance issues immediately, so that Support can begin troubleshooting in real-time.



1. Environment 

    Production or Sandbox?


2. Application Name

    Name of the application? Brand or Studio?


3. Table Name 

    Name of the table or table(s) where the slow down or error occurs?


4. View Name(s)

    Is the issue happening on one specific view or multiple views? Name of the view(s)?


5. Chart Name(s)

    Is the issue happening on one specific chart or multiple charts? Name of the chart(s)?


6. Consistency

   Is the issue consistent or does it appear to happen intermittently? 


7. Steps to Reproduce

   Are you attempting to filter the view? Click on the chart? Provide clear steps on the actions you're taking when you experience the issue, providing screenshots where applicable. For example: 

       1. From the Default view on the Shots Table, sort by Title

       2. Filter view: Any - Status not equal to Completed, Status not equal to Completed.

       3. View takes one minute to load
