In addition to the standard tables that have a direct relationship with Shots (such as Products, Groupings, Samples, and Talent), ShotFlow supports metadata tagging of optional tables that have an indirect relationship to Shots.

  • Shot -> Grouping -> Request
  • Shot -> Grouping -> Job/Channel -> Campaign/Project
  • Shot -> Product Child -> Job/Channel

  • Talent -> Booking

Including Bookings in XMP

To include Bookings in the XMP metadata, users need to create a Talent XMP View and embed a Booking view within it.

  1. Create Talent XMP View:Embed the Booking view within the Talent XMP View.
  2. Pull in Booking Fields:When a Booking View is nested within the Talent XMP View, the fields from the Booking View are included in the XMP metadata as additional fields in the Talent panel.
  3. Include Relevant Bookings:The Booking records included in the XMP should be those related to the Talent in the XMP. Specifically, include the Bookings for the Talent currently active on the Shot List.

Including Bookings in XMP step is currently restricted to ShotFlow Admins. Open a ticket with support to request booking metadata.
